| Across the street from the shop, the wreck of the Regina
aka the Sugar Barge. She's in about 20ft of water lying on her
keel about 210 ft from bow to stern. Come to the shop for local info
on this interesting beach dive. Call us for viz, see us for air, rentals, and local dive information. Regina became Florida's 10th Shipwreck Preserve on
April 30th 2005. |
Several thousand
pounds of cement were formed into this monument and placed at the wreck site
by Casey Knope, Gary Humpryes and Sea Tow. |

Pete started the process of getting the wreck site named as a preserve
several years ago and here is shown thanking all the volunteers for their
